Large California County Case Study:
Problem
A large California county requested that we examine the operational efficiency of one of their major service providers for future decision-making on contract renewals.
Solution
IntelliBridge Partners identified $400,000 in billing errors due to incorrect configuration of the vendor’s billing system.
Results
IntelliBridge Partners recommended the county develop a system whereby the service provider would refund the money over time and suggested solutions to correct the technical problem to prevent re-occurrence of the problem.
