Mark leads IntelliBridge Partners’ Health Care Management Practice and brings nearly 30 years experience monitoring and providing financial analysis to healthcare organizations. He has conducted over 100 reviews of Health Plan operations, including county health operations, fiscal health, and health plan business operations. A former Chief of Financial Oversight at the California Department of Managed Health Care, Mark has extensive experience in coordinating claims payments and provider dispute resolutions, working with Health Plans to implement corrective action plans that demonstrate regulatory compliance, coordinating with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, and other state agencies, and developing and implementing an electronic financial scoring model that grades financial viability of Plans.
