Local Expert Speaks on Evaluating Risk Management
Sacramento, CA (November 6, 2009) — Denise Callahan, lead partner at IntelliBridge Partners, spoke yesterday on “Evaluating Enterprise Risk Management” at the Western Regional Audit Forum in Sacramento. The event was co-sponsored by the Institute of Internal Auditors and the Sacramento chapter of the Association of Government Accountants, and had over 300 attendees.
Callahan has more than 20 years of experience providing a range of consulting and analytical services to public sector clients throughout the nation. Her presentation included a comprehensive definition of risk management and guidance on the role of the internal auditor in mitigating risk.
